All properties we are allowed to rent out are within walking distance of the boulevard and the center of Katwijk aan Zee. With us you will not be surprised by the rental prices. The houses we offer for the longer term all have an "all-in" rental price. This means that the rents shown include gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, service costs and municipal taxes.

Also the houses we can offer for 6 months or shorter have the same kind of concept and therefore also an "all-in" price.
